While they are monstrous creatures that devour humans, transform into messengers of the gods by climbing waterfalls.

In the depths of the underground, feared for causing earthquakes as they sway their bodies, yet revered as deities believed to bring good fortune and improve the world.
“The Grand Turtle”
Lived for over a thousand years, believed to possess immense spiritual power and it is said that they were able to foresee good or bad luck in the future.

Feared as malevolent creatures that drag people into the water and cause mischief, while at the same time, revered as messengers of water deities.
Do they lead us into hell or paradise?
Despite everyone seeking peace and freedom, the human world has never been free from conflicts.
With numerous contradictions and problems, I wonder where we are heading.
この世に在らざるものとして恐れられつつ、
時には神の如き畏敬の念を抱かせる「鬼」。
人を喰らう魔物でありながら、滝を登る
ことで神の使いへ化身する「化け鯉」
地下に棲み体を揺らし、地震を引き起こす
化け物と恐れられる一方で、福をもたらす
世直しの神として崇められた「大鯰」。
千年以上生きると強大な霊力を発揮し、
未来の吉凶を予知できたのではないかと
言い伝えられる「大亀」
水中に引きずり込み、悪事を働く妖怪と
恐れられる一方で、水神の使いとして
崇められる「河童」。
果たして彼らが誘うのは地獄か、
それとも極楽か…
誰もが平和や自由を求めていながら、
諍い（いさかい）が途切れたことのない
人間の世界。
多くの矛盾や問題を抱えて、我々は
いったいどこへ向かっていくのだろう。
